The Domaine des Compouzines

Located on the hill of Lascaux, near the Grottes de Lascaux, the Domaine des Compouzines offers a sublime setting in which to relax. Ideally located, our holiday village offers calm, charm and beauty in 4.5 hectares of parkland. 5 minutes from the center of Montignac-Lascaux, you will find a multitude of entertainment and shops. On site, enjoy activities: heated swimming pool, trampoline, hiking and a variety of games. In addition, we offer snacks and services to enhance your stay.

Accommodation

The charming cottages

The Domaine des Compouzines offers 12 welcoming gites. Check-in is possible from 5 p.m., while check-out must be made before 11 a.m. We strive to adapt to the needs and availability of our customers in terms of schedules. Some of our gites can comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people, and we also have a gite adapted for people with reduced mobility. Each cottage is functional and offers the possibility of adding additional services such as sheets, cleaning, household linen and towels. Whether you are looking for an intimate or friendly atmosphere, we adapt to your needs to make your stay enjoyable.

A verdant area

The estate extends over 4.5 hectares of greenery and offers a magnificent view of the forest. Our visitors will enjoy: children's playground, volleyball court, bowling alley, sandbox, trampoline, ping-pong table and basketball hoop. A common activity room is available, with billiards, table football, pinball, library, board games and television. Our heated infinity pool (14mx7m) and paddling pool (5mx5m), open from April to the end of September depending on the weather, offer sunbathing all around. In addition, we have two adorable donkeys named Pénélope and Framboise for the greatest pleasure of our visitors.

Restoration

We offer a variety of catering services to meet your needs throughout the day. Our bar is open all day and offers a wide selection of drinks to refresh you. For snacks, we offer snacks and snacks with dishes such as chicken and fries, pizzas and many other delicacies. In addition, for your convenience, we can deliver a delicious breakfast with pastries, fresh bread and other products directly on the terrace of your gîte.

Unmissable appointments

During your stay, do not miss our appointments which promise you unforgettable memories. As soon as you arrive, we offer you a welcome drink, the perfect opportunity to get to know the other holidaymakers and exchange advice on the visits to be made. Every week from mid-July to mid-August, we organize a convivial meal outdoors or indoors, highlighting Périgord gastronomy. A special evening is also dedicated to the donkeys Pénélope and Framboise, where children can brush, pet and observe them. These meetings are privileged moments to share moments of joy and complicity.
